10 videos in 10 years is a pretty cool achievement. Sunday morning we drove way out of town and deep into nature to shoot our newest video with director Marcus Herring (Can’t Get Enough director). The new video creation is for the song “Holdin’ On” and is loosely based on some of our favorite band promo clips from the mid 1960s. We carried all our equipment deep into the mountains, loaded up the 16mm film stock and went crazy until sunset. We’re very excited to see the finished product and can’t wait to show you the results. Stay tuned and enjoy a few stills from the day in the PHOTO SECTION until then.

Rooney Announces ‘Not In My House Tour 2011′

Rooney, who remain road warriors in support of their most recent release, Eureka, announce a February headlining tour that sees them taking out Eisley and The Chapin Sisters (through 2/14) as support. The tour kicks off February 2nd in Albuquerque, NM and wraps up in Salt Lake City on Feb 26th. Fans can buy tickets at Rooney Tix starting Wednesday December 1st at 9am PST and each purchase will be accompanied by a free, exclusive, digital only, Christmas EP of three cover songs: “Merry Christmas (War is Over),” “Last Christmas” and “Little Saint Nick.”
