‘California Dreamin’ Records’ Presents…

Posted by Rooney on August 14th, 2011

Hey everybody,

Hope you’re having a nice summer!

I’ve been working with an artist named Miles Fisher for the past few years and we’ve recently released his new single “New Romance.” A friend of mine, the talented director, Dave Green, sent me the video he made with Miles for the song “This Must Be The Place.” The video was very well done; I expect nothing less from Mr. Green. Anyway, it got me interested in Miles so I reached out to him and the rest is pop history. He came over, we shared our dreams, and then we started making music. We will release more music together. Already have a few songs finished and ready to go. This is more than a music project for Miles. It’s a combination of visuals and music…to bring back the music video. So each song will be released when the video is online…one at a time.

“New Romance” is the first song we did together. The song’s vibe inspired Miles to recreate Saved By The Bell and he was able to tie it into his movie release, Final Destination (he is one of the leading actors of this movie, BTW). Miles pulled it off, raised the money and built the sets, and of course, the wonderful Dave Green saw the vision through. If you haven’t seen the video for “New Romance,” you can watch it here:

We are selling the song on the California Dreamin’ Records site for 10 cents less than other retailers if you feel driven to take the song home with you. It’s also available on iTunes, Amazon, and the rest of the online retail world.

Hope you enjoyed the video and song. More to come from Miles and other California Dreamin’ Records releases…

All my best,
Robert
