It's 8:40 a.m. And here in Los Angeles the sun is on a short vacation. It might rain today... guess I have to wait and see. The sun might just surprise me. I woke up early and looked very dark outside, not a sign of sunlight, so I thought it was cold and windy. I stepped outside wearing mittens, a very warm sweater underneath my coat and I smiled and felt very silly. I just finished seeing your most recent video diary and my five top songs are:
When did your heart go missing ( I love dancing to this song. A very catchy tune.) All in your head ( this song reminds me of The Cars, one of my favorite bands.) Paralyzed ( Very rock n' roll...Like it when the guitars do their thing.) Love me or leave me (I find myself jumping up and down and oh yeah, I enjoy singing the chorus.) Tell me soon (Again there's this mini guitar solo I like listening to again and again.) Believe in Me (There's something about this song, let's just say, You do a great job in convincing me to believe in you again. My sister likes this song a lot.) I guess that's five. It was really hard choosing just five. I can listen to the entire album without skipping a song. And sometimes I repeat songs. It depends on the mood I am in or what I feel like listening to. And what about making a Video comment? I don't know maybe. It would be easier if I had internet at home which I don't so...someday I guess.
Well, esta luego.
Yep, I'm one of those screaming girls who sings along, claps to the beat, dances my heart out, and waves my hands in the air like there's no tomorrow. I've been to three of your concerts so far (would have been four if you hadn't cancelled pittsburgh to play at wvu- i found out when i got there), and you may not remember us but my friends and I waited outside on the corner in the cold to meet you guys whenever you left the Rex to go to dinner. Well, we met all of you except for Ned but my friend got a piece of his drum and him and Taylor signed it, which is awesome! It just goes to show that you guys are a great band who really care about their fans, enough to stand in the cold and take pictures (more than just the normal posing together picture- robert, remember you took my friend's camera and played with it?) I must admit I'm not a fan of the Jona Brothers, but I tried everything I could to get tickets to your show this tour, but since Pittsburgh wasn't on the list I tried getting tickets to a show in Virginia, which I'm still trying for. I will neve give up! Seeing you live in concert is pretty much what my entire life is all about!! My friend and I are hoping to visit LA this summer, we're LA virgins, so you know what would make our very first time there more amazing than anyone could imagine? A Rooney show at the Roxy, and possibly another one of our little meetings... I think I'd die! Anyways, you boys are all super cute and make fantastic music. I should wrap this up because I'm sure you don't want to read much more.
Love always, your #1 fan (and I mean it), Charity.
PS- Please come to Pittsburgh on your next tour! I'll love you forever if you do!! Oh wait, I already do :-)
I am keeping everyone I know posted. Not to mention, today at Trader Joe's my best friend and I talked to the cashier about you guys and he said he'd check out your myspace. ;)
Please come back to Phoenix/Tucson AZ soon! We miss you guys already!
