Manchester, NH Concert
It's been a few weeks since we saw you in Manchester, NH but I had to comment on how much we LOVED the show. At first we thought you were not there because Valore opened up too but when the ROONEY FLag came on the white screen we were so excited. I don't think you remember us but we were on your right side. It was me and my 2 daughters and my niece. We were up singing and dancing the whole set! We bought your Cd a while back so we could get to know your songs and feel in love with your music. I rememebered seeing your video for WDYHGM on VH1. It's really just so fun to listen to!! Robert even came over to our side quite often and pointed and smiled at us. My youngest daughter was so thrilled. We have a picture of Robert looking right at us with a great smile on. Oh by the way, the girls thought your guitar was cool!! Thanks for making awesome music you want to just blast in the car with the windows down. We just had to twrite and tell you We LOVE YOUR MUSIC because we know "It's all you want to hear!" Well, hope you come back up to NH soon!!! We'll try to come out to your concert!!! New Hampshire ROONEY fans for life!!
Heyy Boyys! I was just wondering if you and your band know Adrew Salyer. He is my music teacher at St.John School in Watertown CT. If you could get back to me about that it would be awesome, He says he knows you but he says ALOT of things that are not true! Thank you SOOO much!

If the younger merch guy doesn't deliver the sweets I made for you guys, kick his butt. And he can vouch that they're safe for human consumption -- he was raving about the ones I made for the venders.
Great set tonight by the way -- wish I could've caught more of it, but we were working our tails off -- crazy night! Hope the last few shows of the tour go well for you.
And for anyone else who reads this who bought something at the Manchester or Boston show...THANKS! :)
ha! It has been forever since I saw that show. good times. Do you remember the one "You can't do that on Television?" that was the true slime mess! jello can only come in a close second. no offense!
So, I'm thinking maybe you actually read these posts since there aren't actually all that many...
I'm doing some Easter baking so I'm going to bring something for you guys tomorrow. I'm a vender, so I'll give it to the merchandiser to deliver to you, but if you could swing by the merch booth and say hi sometime before doors that'd totally make my day ;)
Heyyy, Manchester NH, thats my home state!
you guys where wicked awesome at the JoBros concert, i basically died when i found out you guys were opening for them. I had all my fav boys mushed into one concert, it was basically amazing lol.
Hey Rooney! I entered my design for the Toms shoe contest and waited until 24 hours before the concert to see results. I entered for the contest on Tuesday, March 18, and there weren't any winners posted. Were there no entries or just no postings of a winner for that show? Thanks!

you were AMAZING the other night in manchester! ive loved you guys for a while, and for some reason had no idea that you were opening for JB. i found out like, an hour before i left for the show and i FREAKED so bad. it was crazy. i went out RIGHT after you played to buy a CD so i could meet you, and i waited in line for like, 10 minutes. it was finally my turn and the lady came over to ask me what i wanted and RIGHT as she was about to ask some lady pushed me out of the way and asked for a rooney cd. just my luck, it was the last one. sweet deal huh? i felt really stupid, but i cried. hahah i couldnt help it! i was soooo upset! but anyway, you were all so amazing, and you know ho you feel about ELO? yeah. thats how i feel about you. :D
i love you guys and hopefully you'll be in the NH area again soon!!! <33333
You guys have such great taste in music! ELO is absolutely the best! A video diary must...too many great choices though. The disco-funk of Last Train to London, the strings and acoustic on Livin' Thing, great Matt bass and Ned drums on Shine A Little Love, you guys singing harmonies on Sweet Talkin' Woman...man...the possibilities are endless. You guys should consider a covers album on them alone or 70's music greats! Right up your alley. Would so buy it!
i bough elo's album a while back and my dad started singing along. same with my mom. my dad told me i got the good one. and that evil woman was his fav song.
I loved Double Dare... had the home version too!!! I preferred it when they had the celebs playing with the teams. My fav. was getting the flag out from inside the nose... that just always seemed gross in a fun way!
ELO rocks. you guys should post a video on youtube of you singing that song. i'm so stoked to hear about your upcoming shows this summer. just make sure you come back to the east coast!
Last night was FANTASTIC! I was absolutely heart-broken that they sold out of CDs so i couldn't come back and meet you guys. I love your music so much and i think you are so amazing.
I came loving joe, i left loving robert.
i cant wait to see you in concert again
So I work as a merch vender at shows in MA and NH, and just want to say I was pleasantly surprised to see you all opening for the Jonas Brothers. I've been listening to you guys since back before you even put out the self-titled album. I'm working at the show in Boston too -- hopefully I can get away and walk programs and catch a bit more of your set this time. Caught "Shakin'" tonight and that was awesome! You should come by before doors and say hi to the venders at the Boston show if you can -- we totally worked our asses off at the show tonight and I want an autograph ;)
Peace,
Olivia
