i love the movie chumscrubber, and i love that rooney song, sleep song. but i also cant find it anywhere. its so frustrating cause its such an awesome song. if anyone knows about it let us no!!!

alright whats this lost album and how can I get it.

The version of sleep song in The Chumscrubber is NOT the one that was on the "missing" album. http://thisrocks.googlepages.com/Chumscrubbersong.mp3 That's what the one in Chumscrubber sounds like, and I just sent them a message on myspace asking about it..because they have no PR/Admin contacts on this site. I REALLY want that version of the song. Ta da! It dosen't really matter. In the end you'll get what they put on the record, and crappy versions of the other ones. Put the past behind ye and look for the new album.

I haven't heard the following. Anybody out there have them? Are You Through With Me, Enough's Enough, She's a Fool, We Wont' Work Late, You Know Better, What Makes You So Special? I heard The Juice & Paralyzed live - so I hope those will still be on the new disk. Personally from the songs I heard I thought they were good. They could have released those and had a 3rd album out by now.

those home demos were all made in one day and put on the internet by an enemy of the band. they are NOT from the missing album. the only missing album tracks that have seen the light of day are...sleep song on the chumscrubber soundtrack, radio on myspace, and are you through with me on myspace...they are different recordings then the low low fi throwaways you are calling the missing album. studio recordings exist of my sickness, love is not a game, kids after sunset, one arm man etc. but no one has heard them yet. as for the fall release, mostly all new songs which have only been heard at the shows. have a nice day. ned

are they saving any of the old songs for the new cd? if not, does that mean people will finally share them?

So you know, all Rooney songs are fucking superb.. I mean, if you call yourself a fan, you can`t hate some songs and love the other songs. You gotta love it all!! Especially when it comes to Rooney ;) (L)

no seriously. that "lost album" sucks. horribly. songs I thought were going to be awesome, complete disappointments. One Armed Man? The only thing worst than that was The Juice. I don't really understand what they were thinking when constructing these songs. Tell Me Soon, In My Pocket, Are You Through With Me, Love Is Not A Game, Paralyzed. Yes. Also, that cover of When You Walk In The Room was probably the best track from that session. If that was the actual album, their careers would be over. I'm very hopeful with the new material. Solid melodies, BETTER lyrics than the lost album tracks. As long as they don't try sounding like a second rate Badfinger/The Cars cover band they'll be okay. what happened to Rooney anyway? ABC's Of Love. Oh What A Day. Find Myself. Misery. Where are the classics like these?

A lot of those songs were junk. The only good material was Enough's Enough, Love is not a game, in my pocket, you know better, and sleep song. Paralyzed and the juice are highly overrated. one armed man has to be the worst rooney song ever.

Kids After Sunset is the jam. And Tell Me Soon. I almost forgot about that one.

I loved Sleep Song, My Sickness, and Kids After Sunset.

my personal fave was "you know better" which will never see the light of day at least by rooney way
