Hey...I am wondering if anyone knows all the bands that The Red Hot Chilli Peppers imitate in their "Dani California" video..? Thanks

You can't really truly say that they weren't imitating anyone at all, seeing as how one is very clearly Nirvana, and not just a grunge band.

i know some...

david bowie, the sex pistols, jimmi hendrix, nirvana, the beatles, and elvis are some...though those arent in order. and they're not imitating the bands. just expressing and showcasing their love for the many eras of music of the 20th century. p.s. yes they kicked ass on SNL. and i love how flea hugged tom hanks at the end... <3
