Things you want changed...

So, there has been several threads about how weird the new board is and what it's lacking, so what exactly do you miss? Post it here, and if there's enough complaints, they shoouuld be able to do something about it...maybe. Because a lot of what this board is lacking, is standard forum-stuff that you'll find on practically ever damn board online, except this one. So, my list of complaints; making line changes with enter doesn't work, no private message system, no editing-fuction, no preview-button, no way to post images or highlight your text to make it bold or into italics, the threads doesn't jump up to the top when they're replied to which means that you have to remember how many posts a thread has to see if it's been updated, no post-count, no moderators (as far as I can tell), the log-in only works now and then if you want to log-in after pressing "New comment" and..hmm, I'll think of more later. On the good side; more structure, avatars, the slowness of yesterday has disappeared, better profiles, nicer design.

i think that we should have the old boards. They always kind of stood out to me as much less organized but easier to find my way around...if that makes sense.

this is pretty shocking. i remember when they changed formats a few years ago, but it definitely wasn't this weird. i'm afraid!

I mostly have annoyances with these boards. Does shift + enter work for doing line breaks? The only thing I can think of that hasn't aleady been said is that I would like to be able to click on people's names or my name and see the past posts. Oh, also, I want to login with the screenname and not my email address. I have no idea what email address I used for some of my names.

I also do not like that the newest posts are on the top instead of the bottoms; I find it really silly to have to read from the bottom to the top.

old usernames....

I could not get onto my old username, so I had to make up one similar to it. I had the same e-mail as before, but for some reason, it won't let me use it; it's quite a bummer to me.

No, the old boards sucked.

I always said they needed to be more organized, needed sections, but I agree that there's way more different sections than is necessary.

I'm not comfortable with change. How about we go back to the old boards where everyone felt happy and safe? Or maybe just less subcategories.... hell if I know. And I miss the enter key.

I might be complaining too much here..

But the whole not bumping threads when they're replied to-ordeal is seriously completely messed up. It's crucial and I cannot for the life of me figure out why they haven't included it.. We can't be expected to remember how many posts every thread has or check every single thread every time we come on here, in case it's been updated.. At least not when this board gets like 50+ threads.
