Would You Rather

Hey - it's my first thread yay!! lol

anyways, here's what i was wondering...i've seen alot of talk about people wanting rooney to put out an album of some of their best unreleased songs and i wanted to take a vote to see where everyone stood on this....would you rather their next album be some of their unreleased stuff or would you prefer all new material?

see, now i loooove their unreleased stuff, but what i dont get, is that I ALREADY HAVE IT lol and i personally dont need it AGAIN lol i mean, i have around 55 rooney songs, why would i want them to release a brand new album and STILL only have 55 songs? i am craving some new music, so yeah, thats my vote lol...new music!!

Personally, I'd most like them to release a brand new record. But I wouldn't complain at all about a compilation of unreleased stuff. That would be pretty cool too.

As for your question I think a mix would be appropriate if the musician likes any of the unreleased stuff and wants to spruce it up, you know? If Rooney likes any of their old cuts and they wanted to put them on a new album, I'm all for it.

But musically I do love seeing my favorites evolve. A mix (with more towards new music) is a happy medium.

i agree, i wouldnt mind a mix. but only if it was like 80/85% new stuff.

so what about everyone else? all new, all unreleased, or a mix? and if you pick mix, would you want 50/50 or what?

did you have 55 Rooney unreleased song? Wooh,i have perhaps only 10.What means new? At last new is all what you don't know .Better a good old song than a bad new song. But i am always excited to hear a new song because a new song shows me the current styl ,the musical taste , the influence and the musical concept of a composer,what he maintained and what he changed. I would like to buy a new cd with 8 unreleased songs and 4 new songs. As Rooney fans i think they have to release the ureleased songs also if i know or i have these .Many of this songs are good and it is too bad not to release a cd with these.

To answer the topic though: As much as I would LOVE to hear some of their unreleased stuff all mixed and mastered I would rather just have an album of new stuff right now.

I want them to release them eventually. But I just don't personally want it now.
