Baby names

What are some good unisex names that aren't the most popular names in the world, but also aren't crazy weird?

I find out the sex of the baby in a couple of weeks, but I'm one of those people that likes to have lists of names before I even know the sex... although I already know what the name's going to be if it's a boy.

Tell me names you guys like! :) if nothing else than for fun...and because I'm procastinating again.

Brooke is a great name for a girl... I'm a little biased though lol.

I've always loved the name Landon for a boy or Leighton (I had an uncle Leighton). I actually kind of like Leighton for a girl too, like Leighton Meester from Gossip Girl.

I also like some of the other ones mentioned like Hayden, Peyton, and Riley.

And I've always loved the names Chloe, Blair, and Hope (my best friend's name).

Whatever you do PLEASE don't have all your children's names start with the same letter. Going to my friend Brittany's house is ridiculous. Everyone's names start with the letter B. Her mom is Beth, her dad is Bill, her siblings are: Baxter, Brian, Brooke, Blair, and Brody.

I love the names Landon + Blair.
I kinda like nature names like Summer, Willow, River (or Rio) + Orion.
I quite like the names August, London + James as middle names.
I'm definitely not into names which are very common like Samantha (my name), Sarah, David, John, Brian etc.

I don't mind the idea of siblings having the same initials, but my cousin went a bit OTT, not only do her two sons have the same initals; RBB, they also have the same middle name, which is their dad's first name. He has a massive ego! =]

A friend of mine from high school named her kid Jackoniah or something like that. I forget what, but she said it was Biblical.

There used to be a girl that posted on the boards named Evan. It's so not unisex though. It's my little brother's name.

Jackoniah's not really appealing. I think another reason why I like Hezekiah so much is also because of the way Tony Curtis says the name in The Great Race. Neither is Evan for a girl. Now to think of it, it reminds me too much of Evan Rachael Wood.

that's your niece in the pic right? she's too cute! i remember at the glasshouse your sis was still preggers. congrats and well wishes to your family!

i'm certainly not a fan of hippie names. i like traditional, often Biblical names that are unfortunately associated with the elderly...Esther, Hezekiah, Noah. Also, I've always been taken by Agnes and Linus.

i met a woman by the name of Evan the other day. so, i guess it's unisex. also, tony/toni.

Leighton's a cute name. I was thinking that, too, like that girl from Gossip Girl.
today I was telling my name I could name a boy or a girl Kaylor.. And then my kids' names would rhyme--Taylor and Kaylor.
I was totally just kidding.
My family has practically all J names except for me. But I always thought it was a littlle weird haha.

Re: My niece's name is Isabelle.

I like the name Oliver. I also really like Caspian, Dorian, and Easton. If I have children, they'll probably hate me.

I looove the name Hayden, too! That used to be on my list of girl names with Parker and Peyton but now I'm not as sure about them. haha

Re: babiessss

I also really loved the name Bella for a girl but it does seem like everybody's using it. I love the name Jack for a boy, and Audrey is pretty too. I'm a little old fashioned :)

Re: My picks

I like the names Aiden and Maxwell for boys. I used to LOVE Isabella for a girl (Bella for short) but now everyone is doing that so I've sort of ditched that idea.

My old roommate is all about unisex names. The ones she has picked out are Taylor, Jordan, Cameron, and Riley. Dylan also works both ways.
